Concept layout only. Doors reserve a rectangular swing-clearance zone; windows use their sill height. Appliance sizes and countertop rectangles are conceptual: plumbing, cut-outs, exact door swings and code clearances still require review. One Call confirms field dimensions, construction details, finishes and the final price before production. Plans are saved in this browser, not sent to One Call automatically.
01 Why flat-pack
An assembled cabinet is mostly empty space — and you pay to truck every cubic foot of it. Flat-packed casework stacks tight, travels safer and lands ready to assemble, so your schedule isn't hostage to a single delivery.

Flat panels in a carton don't rack, twist or crack in transit the way open boxes do.
Cartons fit through standard doors, store in a corner and move by hand — no crane, no forklift.
Projects outside our install radius still get our casework — shipped by freight to your jobsite or warehouse.
Enter a rough cabinet count. We'll compare the freight space of assembled boxes against the same cabinets flat-packed.
*Estimate from typical box sizes: ¾″ panels, double doors, 1″ packaging allowance on every side for both methods. Your actual freight depends on the cabinet schedule, so ask us for real numbers.
02 How it ships
The same shop and the same people behind our installed work. The only difference is the last step: the cabinets leave flat and get put together on site.
Send plans and specs. We do the takeoff and produce shop drawings for your approval before anything is cut.
Panels are cut, bored and edge-banded to the approved drawings, so every hole lines up on site.
Every part is labeled to its cabinet and the assembly sheet. Hardware is bagged per box.
Panels are cartoned flat and palletized for freight to your jobsite or warehouse.
Your crew assembles from the sheet, or our install team handles it start to finish.

03 Pick your delivery
We started as an installation company, and that's still in the name. Pick the level of help the job needs: freight only, freight plus our crew, or the full traditional package.
04 Flat-pack FAQ
It's built from the same panels, the same materials and the same drawings as the casework we install ourselves. The only difference is where the boxes get put together.
A cordless drill/driver and the hardware kit in each carton. Every part is labeled to match a one-page assembly sheet for that cabinet. If you'd rather not, choose Flat-Pack + Install and our crew will handle it.
Yes. Same plastic laminate exteriors, white melamine interiors, full-extension drawer slides and soft-close hinges as our standard installed casework, built from the same shop drawings.
Cabinet boxes ship flat. Solid surface and quartz tops are templated and fabricated to the installed cabinets, so we price them as part of Flat-Pack + Install, or quote them separately for your installer.
Flat-pack orders ship by freight to your jobsite or warehouse. Our install crews are based in Jackson, Mississippi. Call us about your project's location and we'll tell you what makes sense.
It usually costs less to ship and store, and nothing gets racked in transit. Whether the total comes in lower depends on your labor on site. We'll price Flat-Pack, Flat-Pack + Install and Full Install side by side so you can compare.
