We take off every room from your plans and specs, ask the questions up front, and send a scope that says exactly what's in, what's out and what each add costs.

    Plans & specs

    Send the bid documents. We read the casework sections, finish schedule and details.

  2. 02

    Room-by-room takeoff

    Lineal feet of base, wall and tall cabinets, square feet of tops, sink cut-outs and brackets.

  3. 03

    RFIs before pricing

    Anything unclear gets asked, not guessed. Alternates and adds are priced separately.

  4. 04

    Shop drawings & colors

    On award: shop drawings for approval and laminate and solid surface selections.

  5. 05

    Build, install, punch

    Fabricated in Jackson, set by our crews, punch list closed by us.

Includes fabrication and installation. Standard laminate and solid surface colors quoted.

Excludes: demo, standing or running trim, glass, framing, paint, stain, plumbing or electrical not specified in this scope.

Price good for 60 days.
